A pair of porcelain love birds, resting in quiet harmony.
Inspired by songbirds observed in pairs along woodland branches, these studs symbolise devotion, closeness and enduring connection. They capture a small, tender moment drawn from nature, intimate and lasting.
Each bird is carefully handformed in fine porcelain in my Dublin studio. The surface is finished in a luminous amethyst-toned glaze, rich in depth and softly shifting in the light. Shimmering 24-karat gold lustre is applied by hand, bringing warmth and gentle radiance to the delicate detailing.
Porcelain lends a lightness that feels refined yet enduring. No two pairs are ever exactly alike.
Lightweight and thoughtfully made, they are designed to be worn every day, a subtle symbol of love carried close.
